Returns & Exchanges

At Alyce Paris, we want you to feel confident in your purchase; however, due to the nature of formal wear, returns are accepted within 14 days for eligible items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain clearance items and custom orders are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is submitted, our team will review it within 48 hours and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully package your dress in its original garment bag and box, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After we receive and inspect your item to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
